Look around – to search a place,to take note of what is going on.


3) If we know the meanings of ‘lurk,garnish, germane ,heft ‘ we will easily solve the question with elimination method. 
Lurk – to remain unobserved, to remain concealed 
Garnish – to adorn,to decorate with ornaments 
Germane – relevant, on-topic
Heft – heaviness, the feel of weight 

Having cleared the meaning of each words option b is our obvious choice as it makes the statement contextually and grammatically correct.
