SOLUTION

1) The errors are in  b and d parts.
Replace 'memoir' with 'memoirs'.
Memoir - a book describing personal experiences of an author, autobiography/biography.
Replace 'his reign' with 'their reigns'.

2) a and b parts have errors.
Replace 'drunk driving ' with 'drunken driving '.
And replace 'lose' with 'loss' as we need a noun here.
'Loss' is a noun which is an instance of losing whereas 'lose' is a verb.

3)  A and C parts have errors.
Use 'mere ' in place of 'sole' as mere means 'just' ,'only'. Use 'are'  in place of 'is' in the C part, " 'most of the'+plural noun" will take plural verb.

4) A and B parts have errors.
Use 'start ups' in place of 'start up' and replace 'come with' with 'come up'.
Come up - to emerge and become known
Come with - to join and come along

5) C is the obvious choice. Go with the elimination method.

6) B
Look around - to search a place,to take note of what is going on.

7) If we know the meanings of 'lurk, garnish, germane ,heft ' we will easily solve the question with elimination method.
Lurk - to remain unobserved, to remain concealed
Garnish - to adorn,to decorate with ornaments
Germane - relevant, on-topic

Having cleared the meaning of each words option b is our obvious choice as it makes the statement contextually and grammatically correct.

8) (c)
Here we will replace 'their' with 'his'.
When two singular nouns are connected by 'and' and 'each' or 'every' is used before them, then they are considered as singular nouns.. In such cases, the verb used with them will be in the singular form and the pronoun used for the subject will also be singular. Refer to the link to understand more such important rules from NOUN and PRONOUN

9) C
'Would let transacting parties remain' is the correct
answer. 'Would' is used to preserve the future aspect when talking about the past. If we are writing about past events, we may use it to indicate something that was in the future at that point in time but is not necessarily in the future right now. 'Could' represents past of 'can' and when we want to convey something politely. Here,in this case, the future aspect of Bitcoin is being discussed, so would is the most suitable modal.

10) Option C is our obvious choice .
Run into disagreement- to put yourself in a disagreement.
