 'has' in place of 'have' , 'his' in place of 'their'. 

The rule holds that the subject of a sentence beginning with each is grammatically singular, and the verb and following pronouns must be singular. 
Example - " Each of the apartments has(not have) its (not their) own private garden (not garden).

'Has fallen' will be used in place of 'has been fallen' as there is no passive form of intransitive verb (fall).

◾Note: Verbs are of two types namely transitive verbs and intransitive verbs. Transitive verbs need an object while intransitive verbs don't  have an object.
 Example - " I bought a book" ,  'bought' is transitive.

Example - "She smiled" , 'smiled' is an intransitive verb.

III: Act as someone or something" - to do the job of particular kind of person or thing. 
Act Upon - to act in accordance with or follow.Therefore, "Act as" fits with the context of the sentence.

II: Preposition "of" will be used for belonging to, relating to, or connected with. It is used to indicate reference and indicate an amount or number. Preposition "for" is used to indicate the use of something means because of and indicate time and duration. therefore, preposition "of" is apt preposition.

III. It's the case of using a proper tense, you can refer to past perfect. So the correct sentence would be us/we who gave privilege to the new people. Now we have to pick between pronoun "we" and "us". "We" is used when this pronoun is acting as a subject of the sentence whereas "Us" works as direct object, indirect object and object of preposition. 'It was posted' is in passive form so we will use having been +v3. 'I posted it' is in active form so we will use having +v3.
